Aspen Roots Events is dedicated to providing our couples with an experience where they do not have to worry.  Our goal is to provide consultation services and coordination services where we can worry about the small details so that our couples don’t have to.   
We would be honored to be a part of your special day.
Day of Coordination Packages
All packages include: Initial consultation, final timeline discussion, vendor point of contact and unlimited communication support month of event
Stem Design Package (Decor coordination): 
  • Decorate/Set up ceremony, cocktail & reception (up to 3 areas within a location)
  • 4 hours total coverage*

Aspen Leaf Package (Timeline Coordination): 
  • Event day management (timeline, ceremony, guest & speech manager) 
  • 4 hours total coverage*

Roots Package (Full Day of Coordination): 
  • Stem Design Package AND Aspen Leaf Package Plus: 
  • 2 Lead Coordinators on site
  • Communication of final timeline and wedding details to all vendors 
  • 8 hours total coverage*
  • Coordination of all vendors
  • Unlimited contact support month of event
Planning Consultations
Do you have all the help you need on your special day but need support in the planning process? We can offer planning consultations only or ad planning consultations to coordination packages.
Basic Planning Consultation: 
  • Virtual/In-Person Meeting with couple to discuss: 
  • Goals
  • Support Planning details
  • Suggest Vendors 
  • Support timeline design
  • Up to 2 hours of consultation time (can be all in one sitting or split between two meetings)

Upgraded Planning Consultation: 
  • Basic Package 
  • Up to 4 hours of consultation time 
  • 2 hour initial consultation planning
  • 2 hour meeting two weeks prior to wedding to develop clear timeline, organize vendor contracts, and roles, assist in decoration organization​
